Meadow Perides, Tony Perides, and James Jenkins each lead a different part of the business, working together to care for the people, coffee, building, and daily details that make Haven feel like Haven.

Different roles, one shared coffee house
The three owners bring complementary strengths to Haven. Meadow leads the staff and partner relationships, Tony leads the roasting, and James manages the building and business operations behind the scenes.
Together, they are responsible for the welcoming upstairs coffee shop, the fresh-roasted coffee served and supplied to partners, and the historic Main Street home where it all happens.

Meadow Perides
Meadow manages Haven’s staff and serves as the primary contact for wholesale orders and relationships. She helps partners navigate coffee needs, delivery or shipping, and the details that make working with Haven straightforward.
